About Us
Silver Creek Minerals is a family owned and operated service company that partners with mineral owners to help them achieve their maximum mineral income potential.
Our president, Jeff Bosworth, has been working in the oil and gas industry for over 20 years, starting with land and title work with his dad's company, and then performing consulting services at two large consulting firms and working as a principal at an international oil and gas company. Jeff holds a BBA in Finance from Texas A&M University and an MBA from the University of Texas, where he graduated with honors. Jeff's education and extensive industry experience give him unique perspectives and a strong work ethic, leading to many client successes.
Jeff's wife Rachel is also a valuable member of our team. As an attorney, she helps research and draft documents for Silver Creek Minerals and our clients. Rachel holds a BBA in Accounting from Texas A&M University and a JD from the University of Texas, where she served as an editor on the Texas Law Review and graduated with honors. She worked as an associate with Vinson & Elkins before transitioning to part time work while raising their four children.
One of our most invaluable assets is Jeff's dad, W. Martin Bosworth, Jr., who has worked in the oil and gas industry for over 40 years researching and managing thousands of mineral interests. Martin holds a BBA in Finance from Texas A&M University and is often consulted to deal with complicated title issues.
About Our Logo
Our logo combines the base of an oil derrick with the lantern room of the lighthouse in Bristol, RI, to create an image that honors our family heritage and shows a continual commitment to helping people navigate the oil & gas industry. Our family has consisted of “Texas Oil Men” since the early 1900s, but our roots in the U.S. started in the mid-1600s, when our ancestors settled in Bristol, RI and built its first house, next to Silver Creek, which also served as the community’s church. The Silver Creek home served my family and the community, and I hope our company does the same.
